The Russian spy indictment: Déjà vu all over again?

On February 28, the Justice Department filed a 47-count indictment against two agents of Russia’s foreign intelligence agency, the FSB, and two Russian hackers, allegedly hired by the FSB. Although part of a broad pattern of Russian spying activities, the indictments are not related to the Russian hacking into the Democratic National Committee or other interference in the 2016 election.
